When Paul A. Bourget founded Bourget
& Associates, Inc., he brought more than 20 years
experience in accounting, auditing, field examinations
and consulting. He spent over ten of those years
in the auditing department of one of the "big
three" public accounting firms. In 1986 he
joined Fleet Bank and established its precious metal
examination group and developed detailed examination
procedures to audit gold accounting, production, inventory
and security controls.
He was subsequently appointed as Fleet's Corporate
Director of Field Examinations, where he led all field
examination disciplines including ABL, middle market,
commercial and industrial, workout loan requirements and
special projects, and commercial leases.
A graduate of Rhode Island College (RIC), Mr. Bourget
serves as President of the RIC Alumni Association, is a
Trustee of the RIC Foundation, and was named the RIC
Alumnus of the Year in 1999. He is also active in
community affairs and was recently recognized on
National Philanthropy Day as a leader in Rhode Island's
philanthropic community.
He is certified in diamond and colored stone grading
by the Gemological Institute of America. He is a
member of the Jewelers Board of Trade, International
Precious Metal Institute, and the Manufacturing Jewelers
and Suppliers of America, as well as the Rhode Island
Society of CPA's, AICPA, CFA and the Northern RI Chamber
of Commerce. |

| Rory R. Pichi has more than twelve years
of experience in field examinations. He previously
served with Fleet Bank and with Leach & Garner,
covering asset-based, middle market, precious metal
asset-based, and real estate loans. He offers
significant inventory experience in a wide rage of industries.
In addition to his experience in field examinations,
Mr. Pichi served as Vice President of Operations at
Kurgan & Cheviot, Inc., Los Angeles, CA an importer
and manufacturer of precious metals and diamond jewelry.
A former member of the U.S. Marine Corps. he
graduated Cum Laude from Stonehill College with a degree
in Business Administration and a major in
Accounting. Mr. Pichi is a member of the
International Precious Metals Institute. |

| David P. Bourget provides a combination
of examination and technological expertise. At
Bourget & Associates, Inc., he performs a wide
variety of field examinations in several areas of
asset-based and precious metal lending including field
examinations of multi-bank financed companies. Mr.
Bourget also handles the firm's internal MIS work.
He holds a BS in Accounting from the University of Rhode
Island and is certified in diamond grading by the
Gemological Institute of America. |

| Chris S. Ricciardelli joined Bourget
& Associates, Inc. with a BS in Business Management
from Johnson & Wales University. Prior to
Bourget & Associates, Inc., he worked in the
healthcare industry. His aptitude for sales and
marketing has led to his serving as Director of
Marketing in addition to field examination responsibilities.
Like the firm's other field examiners, Mr. Ricciardelli
is also certified in diamond grading by the Gemological
Institute of America. |

by Nicole Ricciardelli, Office Manager. Ms.
Ricciardelli is a graduate of the Katherine Gibbs
Executive Program. |
